For £130 per month including VAT, you have exclusive use of your own complete container, with 24-hour access, seven days a week.
And unlike basic container storage in an open yard, your container is located within our established, professionally managed secure storage facility at The Owl Industrial Estate in Sealand.

All of our storage containers are brand new and have never previously been used.
Each customer rents an entire container exclusively for their own storage.

The containers are wind and watertight and incorporate ventilation.
There is no shared storage space and no need to move your belongings through corridors, lifts or communal storage areas.

Each container is fitted with a dedicated container locking system.
You receive your own key and can also use your own lock on the door securing bars. For site management and operational purposes, Secure Caravan Storage Sealand retains authorised key access to the container locking system.

There are no higher short-term rates and no hidden setup charges.
Customers are responsible for arranging appropriate insurance for the contents of their container.

For the safety and security of everybody using the site, certain materials and items cannot be kept in the containers.
Prohibited items include:

Fuels

Gas cylinders

Hazardous materials

Asbestos

Plasterboard

Tyres

Perishable goods No engine oils.

Containers must be kept clean & tidy.

No combustible or flammable substances.
-
No business can be run from the container.

No outside storage of goods, all goods must be kept inside the container.
A maximum of two fridges/freezers may be stored in an individual container.
